    COURSE FOR COACHES

    Dear coaches,

    Below this chapter, you will find modules for this online course. You need to finish five modules in total to complete the course.

    Each module contains (1) text learning materials, (2) video learning materials, and (3) a quiz (quizzes). You need to answer all the questions in the quiz correctly for each module to go to the next one. There are no restrictions on the number of attempts to finish each quiz. 

    After completing the first module, the following module learning materials will show on the screen below the one you completed.

    At the end of the page, you will find a public chat room where you can ask questions to RePlay administrators.

        This material is made by a team of experts from Umeå University (Sweden).

        📚 This module will cover what children’s rights in sports are and how to understand how rights can be implemented in the work as a coach to make the sport environment a safe place for young athletes. This module embrace how young coaches can develop a protective coaching practice and how to deal with risk situations that may occur in the sport context.

        This module is created by a team of experts from GEA Coop Sociale (Italy) and Big Bang Ballers (France).

        📚 All the learning materials in this module aim to help coaches make their activities more inclusive - this means that they must open up their sports sessions to all, regardless of social, age or motor skills (disability) differences.

        This module is made by a team of experts from ASD Margherita Sport e Vita (Italy) and the University of Belgrade, Faculty of sport and Physical Education (Serbia).

        📚 Learning materials in this module aim to provide practical knowledge on supporting athletes in pressured situations, raise awareness of the framework of creating pressure environments, and to use stress overcoming techniques. Also, this module is about the broad basis for acquiring and using knowledge in planning sports training programs for young or amateur athletes.

        This module is made by a team of experts from the GEA Coop Sociale (Italy), University of Umea (Sweden) and from the Union of Sportive Federations of Catalonia (UFEC; Spain).

        📚 Learning materials in this module aims to provide you some foundational knowledge on how best to communicate effectively with those in your coaching environment, whether that be with your athletes, other coaches and/or parents. Also, in this modul you will learn how to (1) identify psychosocial skills, (2) assess these skills in order to improve and promote them in the team of children and young people with vulnerable backgrounds, and (3) how to better understand team members and develop these skills through sport.
